Selling Your Site

The owner of a dwelling on a holiday site in a caravan park may sell the dwelling or instruct the owner of the caravan park in writing to sell the dwelling while it remains on site, provided they agree to the selling terms (See Sale Procedure)

If the owner does not agree to the selling terms then the owner may wish to end their agreement and sell the dwelling for removal or remove the caravan as per the Annual Holiday Site Agreement

Sale Procedure
The process of which the owner of a dwelling must follow if they would like to sell their dwelling on site at Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park.

Request for Permission to Sell On-Site
The “request for permission to sell on site form” is required to be submitted for consideration before the dwelling owner can sell their dwelling on site at Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park.

Dwelling Sale Agreement
To be signed by the purchaser and vendor on transfer of ownership of a dwelling on a site within Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park.

Disclosure Statement – Selling an Annual Holiday site
For a summary of important information to any prospective annual holiday site occupants before accepting an offer to enter into an annual holiday site or commit to the acquisition of an unregistrable movable dwelling located on an annual site at Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park.
