If you would like a taste of staying on the water, our unique boatels are the best way to go. These floating apartments are permanently moored on the water with a 24/7 incredible view on the back deck and all around. Each boatel is unique, different and accommodates for either 2, 4 or 6 people. Each boatel is named after a famous river in Eildon (Jamieson, Goulburn, Howqua & Delatite) and every boatel has access to park your water vessels.
Please note minimum stay requirements on the following long weekends:
- Labour day (3 night minimum stay)
- Easter & Good Friday (4 night minimum stay)
- Queen's Birthday (3 night minimum stay)
- AFL Grand final (3 night minimum stay)
- Melbourne Cup (3 night minimum stay)
- Christmas & New Years (5 night minimum stay)
- General weekend (2 night minimum stay)

Yes, there is a BBQ facility on the back of each boatel. Gas included.
Wifi is unavailable in the boatel and apartment. However we have free wifi available at Cafe 501 Bar & Grill.
If you're staying on the boatels, you can park your water vessel along the back deck.
There is a free public boat ramp close by.
If you're staying in the boatels, it’s just a quick walk up the hill.
Jamieson Boatel
The Jameson is a 2 berth Boatel and is aptly nicknamed the Honeymoon Suite. Comprising 1 double bed with open plan living.
Standard features of the self contained Boatels include magnificent views from a rear entertainment deck area complete with picnic table and benches, gas BBQ, boat mooring, perimeter fencing, gate access to your moored vessel and a ladder to access the lake waters.
Fridge, gas stove, dining area, sink, crockery and cutlery, television, heater, couch, shower and toilet make up the standard internal features of the Boatels. The boatels run off lake water, so we advise to bring your own drinking water or purchase it at the kiosk.

Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park Private Campgrounds

We have 10 casual camping sites available in various locations in our caravan park. Some are only accessible via 4WD.
- Must be a mature family with no more than 6 persons in the family party. Ie 2 Adults 4 Kids
- Maximum period that they can stay at one time is seven days (7)
- Maximum number of vehicles and towables allowed on site is one (1)
Must have a caravan or camp trailer. Swags permitted under awning. No tents or quick shade structures allowed. - Must abide by park rules. Issued on arrival with pin code
- Friends of existing annual site holders will be given priority.
The nightly rate is $45.00 per site.
These sites have water that is from the lake however no power.
