Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park is a family and friendly orientated caravan park – and your perfect solution for a ‘home away from home’.
Enjoy Summer by Lake Eildon everyday by boating, skiing and swimming. Take a breath as you soak up the char-grill smell while cooking on your bbq (just watch out for the Kookaburras.) Enjoy Winter by your campfire by toasting marshmallows, fishing and feeding wild birds. Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park is an amazing experience to take a break from Melbourne and let your children grow up in a family and friendly orientated environment in Lake Eildon.
We currently hold over 200 annual sites. Site holders pay an annual fee for their site and can position a caravan with in an annex or a removable cabin structure on their site.
Annual site holders are issued with an electronic gate key and can access the park and all of it’s facilities at any time, including public bathroom, laundry mat and a private boat ramp.
Annual lease of a holiday site within our park starts at $4,300 and is revised annually in May.
There are two options for holding an annual site at Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park:
-Purchase a already established dwelling from an existing site holder and enter into a lease agreement.
-Enter into a lease agreement for a vacant land and build your structure.
